All dwelling maintenance and repairs can be addressed by contacting your insurance carrier, roofer, plumber, electrician, or any other tradesperson. Don't hesitate to contact the HOA for common-area repairs and maintenance by submitting a request through your resident portal found here . 

Yes, you can rent out your property but you must notify the HOA and provide a summary copy of the lease agreement.

The homeowner fees cover common area landscaping, maintenance, and repair of common areas, reserve funds for future repairs, and capital improvements.

For any proposed changes or modifications to the exterior of your property, please submit an architectural request through the HOA, which can be found here.  

All units are required to use Dunn-Edward's exterior paint color, Navajo White
